Please tell us about your past experience and why you decided to join Idea Place.
Before joining the company, I was mainly responsible for program development, unit testing, and comprehensive testing for SAP package software maintenance, migration, and implementation projects.
Since joining Idea Place, I have been involved in upgrading the S/4HANA version of SAP package. In addition to program development, I am also responsible for a wide range of work, including requirement definition, system design, acceptance of developed products, and troubleshooting.
I joined the company because of the president's always supportive attitude.
I feel relieved when I'm at work, and it feels like my "second home".
The moment when a project is successful is the greatest joy.
What is your current job and what is it worth doing?
This is a project to upgrade the SAP package software S/4HANA, starting with requirements definition and now working on integration testing. We plan to continue to be involved in the project until the end, including comprehensive testing, operational test follow-up, migration, and post-launch follow-up.
I was also in charge of coordinating other members for some tasks.
I feel that by being here, I was able to have a positive influence on the customers and project members, and that I am useful.
The most rewarding moment is the moment of achievement when the customer and all project members make the project a success!
Be able to deal with the “unexpected”...!
Please tell us one episode that left an impression on you.
Just before the system went live, a completely unexpected problem occurred. All members, including the customer, worked together to calmly understand the problem, think of ways to deal with it, and resolve the issue.
I learned how to deal with problems as a professional when they arise, and I was able to experience this as a success story.
From now on, I want to take on overseas projects!
What kind of things would you like to work on at Idea Place in the future?
I would like to be involved in projects other than migration and upstream work such as requirement definition, and expand the range of work that I can do.
In addition, we are expanding our company globally. I would like to experience overseas projects as well.
